Check out the shelf-stable lines of Decadence Gourmet! Our first shelf-stable was our now-four-time-national-award (3x 1st places!) winner ‘Colorado-Style’ Southern Chow Chow! We started adding on our Fermented Pepper Hot Sauces last year and this year, we have added our 3rd product line, our Fermented Pepper Finishing Salts.. our 1st, our H.O.G. Fermented Pepper Finishing Salt has already won it’s first 1st place national award! We have already added a 2nd flavor, have a 3rd coming out later this Spring and a 4th by summer time!
We try to never cut corners when it comes to cooking and baking..’ Whenever possible, we source out as many of the ingredients we use locally. including Blaine’s Farm and Sage Creations Organic Farm. In addition, we are enlarging our own growing area year after year, this year, we are looking to grow 12 varieties of our hot peppers.
