Precut mats are perfect for DIY framers, professional artists upgrading the presentation of their prints, or to elevate the look of a family photo. We offer single, 4-ply, precut mats and also have quantity discounts available. Each mat is offered in a standard size. Custom sizes are available upon request.
Product Details
Every mat is cut to order and has a window with a 45-degree beveled edge.
Overall dimensions are based off of frame size (i.e. 8″ x 10″, 16″ x 20″), not window sizes (mat opening).
1/8″ acid-free foamcore backing board is available. 4-ply matboard backing board available upon request.
Black and white mats are standard. Ask us about our color options!
Ordering Instructions
Upon ordering, send the exact measurements of the frame and photo. Outside dimensions will be cut to the size of the frame. The window is cut 1/8″ smaller than photo dimensions to ensure a perfect fit.
If ordering for matted prints, please send dimensions of the printed area and preferences for the desired outer dimensions. Prints are generally matted within their ratios. For example, a 4″ x 5″ print will have an 8″ x 10″ mat.
Pricing is based on standard sizes. Custom options will vary. Multiple window mats are also available upon request.
Need full sheets? Uncut 32″ x 40″ matboard sheets and foamcore sheets are available.
