Live edge charcuterie board

13″ x 11″ live edge charcuterie board handcrafted from olive wood, rosewood, osage orange and wenge.

All boards are finished with food safe oil and wax.  If needed, reapply a butcher block/cutting board oil, food grade mineral oil, or food safe board wax.  Apply straight from the bottle and spread with your fingers or a paper towel.  Allow to absorb for a few minutes, then buff off with a clean paper towel or rag.

To clean your board scrap off any stuck on food, scrub thoroughly with warm water and dish washing soap, rinse and wipe dry immediately.  Allow to dry completely by placing on edge so air can get to both sides.  Apply oil, if and when needed.  These boards should not be soaked in water or placed in the dishwasher.

It is best to store the board standing on its edge (unless it has feet), so that it will not collect moisture.
