As a certified holistic nutritionist, I create personalized nutrition and lifestyles recommendations for adults over 40 years of age. Through nutrition that supports the mind, body and spirit, my clients find the energy, confidence and motivation to live a life they love.
I recommend foods to support organ systems, lifestyle changes to improve wellbeing, supplements to increase energy, and herbs to enhance nutrition. Complementary therapies are also recommended based on client’s need for support physically, emotionally, and/or spiritually.
