These are 11″x17″ in. posters.
Amara – Tower Series – This is a portrait of a character I had signed to create a manga series for. I really enjoy making the designs for this series.
Morrigan – Tower Series – This is the most recent character portrait for the manga series I am a part of. This is between you and me, but I named the bottom crow in the picture Nevermore. 😛
Kiarrah – Tower series – A Character portrait for a comic series I am a part of. My personal favorite part of this piece was the shiny jewelry. I learned a great deal of how to go about that during this piece.
Lily – It was a draw this in your style challenge I really enjoyed the outcome of. The colors I especially enjoyed.
18th Floor Balcony – I was listening to 18th Floor Balcony by Blue October. This was just the inspiration from that.
3rd Eye Gift – I drew her many years ago, but this is an updated version I enjoyed enough to put to print.
Pumpkin Butt – Just really felt like drawing pumpkins…. and butts, lol.
Caged Wings – Cage Series – This is the Fourth piece of the series. It is based off of a woman who had dealt with child abuse. Her family was on many drugs and she had felt helpless in the face of doing anything better with her self. She felt trapped in her environment. She is another powerful woman who overcame her situation and is doing better for herself. I tried to capture the feelings of being free, but not without the venom of the past lurking.
Punk Cat Girl – Just felt like drawing a punk with lots of colors. Also, love those cat ear headsets that light up. Gonna get one someday!
Ladybug Pixi – This was a piece done during a festival as a live art view of the digital painting process.
Mental Cage – Cage Series – This is the second piece of the Cage series. This one is one of the first based on a story of a woman I had interviewed. She was born in Ukraine and eventually moved to Tokyo. During the time we talked it was around 2019. During this time, she conveyed her worry of her parents and being unable to see them or bring her daughter to see them since the war also going on. There was a lot of time were no one knew what was going to happen next or if her family in Ukraine was even safe. This piece was a reflect of those feelings.
Cage Series
Butterflies in the Stomach – Cage Series – First of the series.
