Personalized embroidery and screen printing for special moments

  • Rusted Wire Mercantile LLC offers custom embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, and many other customization services for a variety of items, including hats, shirts, jackets, bags, and more. We can embroider, screen print, and engrave logos, names, and designs on your items for a professional and personalized look.
  • Completion time for orders depends on the size and complexity of the order. We work closely with our clients to estimate completion times and ensure that orders are completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Design Consultation

We start every project with a design consultation to understand your vision and goals. We will work with you to create a custom design that perfectly captures your brand or personal style.

Digitizing

Once we have your design, we will digitize it to create a file that can be read by our embroidery or screen printing machine. This process ensures that your design is translated into a high-quality embroidery pattern or print.

Production

After digitizing, we move into production. We will use top-of-the-line machines to put your custom design on the material of your choice.
